HMT employs people across the UK, lead by of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and backed by a board of trustees.

In keeping with our ethos as a charity, we aim to create harmonious places to work within which we can support people to develop and grow professionally. Our Leadership Academy is one example of this and is part of a wider culture in which we strive to provide a level of
